The EdKompas mobile application, operated by EdKompas Sàrl, Switzerland, supports students in exploring their interests, developing skills, documenting projects and tracking their personal, academic and professional growth. Personal information, including account details, educational goals, activities, reflections and progress records, is collected solely to provide the application's educational features and support personalised guidance. During the testing phase, authorised EdKompas advisers may access relevant information as part of individual consultations. For minors, parental or legal guardian authorisation is obtained where required.
All personal information is treated as strictly confidential, securely stored and protected against unauthorised access. Individual student data, reflections and progress records are not made publicly available, sold or distributed for commercial purposes. Access is restricted to authorised personnel and technology providers where necessary for operating the application. Users or their authorised legal representatives may request access to, correction of or complete deletion of their personal information at any time by contacting contact@edkompas.com. Users can also permanently delete their EdKompas account directly within the application.
